The UltraLite Stabiliser is the camera stabiliser designed for smaller DSLR’s, Micro 4/3 cameras, Compact Superzooms, and handheld camcorders. The maximum payload is 1.4kg.
We know a lot of these cameras have digital image stabilisation built in, but when it comes to giving your video footage smooth, fluid movement, they simply just don’t compare to a dedicated camera stabilizer. This is where the SteadyTracker UltraLite camera stabiliser kicks butt!! It makes your shots look like they are floating on air.
It works on balancing the X, Y, and Z axis, and once all of these points are in balance, you can move your camera in and around the action. (Be sure to turn off your digital image stabilisation feature though when using your stabiliser)
The UltraLite stabiliser comes with an instructional DVD that shows you in detail how to balance, and use your stabiliser.
The UltraLite Stabiliser breaks down into 3 sections for ease of transport. An optional ‘Low Shot’ cage is available that allows you to get your camera down low, which is great for action shots such as skateboarding and snowboarding etc
