Accomplished by simply flipping a switch, the 5 hour gentle charge achieves ultra-cool charging when charging time is not crucial. The 100 Minute Rapid Charge provides Extremely fast recharge time, while still utilizing a Microprocessor Cutoff. The 5 Hour Gentle Charge provides cooler battery charging and extends overall battery life.

Four Independent Charging Circuits

The MH-C401FS charger has four independently controlled channels to charge and monitor each battery individually. This allows each battery to be charged to its full potential without risk of overcharging. The charger can charge one, two, three or four batteries at a time.

I use this little charger with a solar panel to charge my AA and AAA batteries. As my panel is only 10W, I use the slow setting. With a larger solar panel (ie 20W and above) I expect you could use the quick charge setting.

It is well made and very compact. A great travel charger.

PROtog provides great customer service. If you are interested in this charger, I would recommend you buy one.
