This light stand is equipped with a standard mounting head featuring a 1/4" thread tip and machined aluminum spigot. The aluminum spigot allows compatibility with almost all video lights, studio strobes and accessories. The 1/4" screw tip allows direct connection to Canon & Nikon Speedlites, TTL Cords and even directly to cameras.
