LED lights are ideal for location work because they are virtually shockproof and offer the brightest light in the smallest form.
This unit can operate from a 12V DC from an external battery connected to the XLR connector. At only 60W, either option can power the light for several hours.
The unit can also be powered via the included AC adapter from 240V mains power.
LEDs give off virtually no heat so they are ideal for use in small confined areas where hot lights would quickly heat up the room.

This LED Video light uses 1000 ultra bright LED's and has an equivalent output of 1000 watts of incandescent light yet draws just 60 watts.
The LED colour temperature is variable between 3200K - 5600K. The stepless adjustment dial on the back of light enables effortless colour matching with existing lighting equipment.
LED lights offer significantly further "throw" than fluorescent lights because each of the 1000 LED lights has a 60 degree beam angle lens that directs all of the light output forward.
Included with the light panel is a spring cushioned heavy duty 190cm light stand with twist lock clasps, allowing fast and easy adjustment of height. Manufactured from strong and lightweight aluminium, this light stand is light enough to take everywhere, weighing only 1240g.
